In general, we launch your product with a basic game module that we set up on a private site. Your members have access to your events via a code or ticket number that you supply to them. There is nothing to download.
Your fundraising module has a base price that is modified according to various option choices you may choose. Atlantic West will conference with you to help determine how best to create a maximized fundraising environment for your specific events. In this way, your fundraising game will be customized with game features to meet your specific needs. Customization of the site features has a modest additional cost and is accomplished at an extremely reasonable industry modifications rate.
Your site is private. Your site is secure. Your site cannot be arbitrarily accessed online. Your fundraising registrations are private and controlled by your organization only. With this type of site, there are no sign up or transaction processing pages. Your organization is the site owner or operator and thereby you control the registration, the donations process and access. There are various ways to grant access and will be discussed with you during our initial and ongoing setup conferences. Some of the ways to accomplish access for your members is through barcoded ticket sales, or by providing a proprietary CD.
